(Before the event begins) Before the event begins the DJ arrives early and finishes setting up all the equipment before the first guest arrives. He then, begins to play background music to create a comfortable atmosphere smoothly transitioning to the party music. Lastly, to finalize the Pre Party DJ service, the DJ will confront the client and review all last minute changes (if any) including but not limited to additions and removals from the timeline as well as music requests. Active DJ Service. (During the event) During the event, your DJ will follow the specified timeline music request established during the Event Planning meeting. The DJ will also read the crowd and adjust the playlist accordingly to accommodate all the guests. All music requests will be filtered according to the specific instructions detailed by the client in the DJ Service contract. The DJ will also take the role of an event coordinator to transition from one timeline event to the other making the event a huge success. Post event DJ Service. (At the end of the event) Towards the end of the event, the DJ will ask the client whether to go into overtime or not. The DJ will also wait until the client give him the "OK" to start packing up the equipment. Under no condition will the DJ ever end the service prematurely or start the equipment breakdown without the clients consent.
